Boat and sport enthusiasts can participate in a wide variety of hands-on activities, including: learning the latest techniques in fishing and hunting at the Boating and Outdoor Classroom; receiving tips on maintaining and repairing boats at Fred's Shed; expert demonstrations in fishing and casting in the 40-foot long, 5,000 gallon Texas Bass Tank; testing out their paddlesports skills in Paddler's Party Cove and taking scuba diving lessons in the Be a Diver Tank.

Boat and beer enthusiasts are invited to attend the newest feature at the show called Anchors and Ales on Friday, February 28th, 2014. Anchors and Ales ticket holders will receive admission into the show and exclusive access to sample craft beers from some of the top breweries in the state.
