Hubbell Marine 100-Amp Fittings
Rugged construction is a must for reliable ship-to-shore power devices constantly exposed to the elements. Hubbell Marine's line of 100-amp pin and sleeve plugs, connector bodies, inlets and components stand up to even the toughest marine conditions for safe, dependable power.
Used by quality-minded boatbuilders worldwide, Hubbell's tough, nylon-housed shore power inlet has a spring-loaded, gasketed cover that closes automatically when not in use. Rotating the cover makes the inlet completely watertight. Durable, nickel-plated solid brass pins resist corrosion and ensure reliable electrical contact, and a high-impact thermoset contact carrier provides resistance to heat and arcing. Clearly marked terminals ease installation, while special keying simplifies proper alignment of mating devices.
Composed of Zylon, an extra-tough nylon, the connector bodies ensure watertight connections for cords from 1 to 1.94 inches. Devices for connecting to shore power inlets, extension cords and adapters all feature a gasketed locking ring for an IP67-rated, watertight interface. Extra large external cable grips help prevent strain on the terminals from conductor movement. Neoprene glands in graduated sizes facilitate use with varying cable sizes.
Available in 125/250, 120/208 and 277/480 volt versions, Hubbell Marine's UL-listed, 100-amp devices have ABYC approval and meet USCG requirements. The company also offers factory-assembled cable sets, inlet and receptacle boxes, closure caps and replacement parts.
